Deven Parekh is focused on the software and internet verticals and he targets inventive organizations. He actively works to understand fully the markets in which they operate to help them optimize revenue and profits.
He and the Insight Venture Partners team participate in different types of investing. These include growth equity, carve outs, recapitalizations, buyouts, M&A strategies, take privates, and pre-IPO rounds. Insight currently has a capital base of approximately $3 billion.
